AEW: ROH title match announced for Dynamite.

Tony Khan hasn’t been shy of showcasing AEW and ROH talent on respective brands. This trend seems to not be slowing down any time soon as it was revealed last night on Rampage that there will be a huge ROH Championship match on Dynamite between two wrestling legends.

It was revealed that on next Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, new ROH World TV Champion Minoru Suzuki, will defend the TV Championship against new ROH and AEW signee Samoa Joe.

Samoa Joe made his long-awaited return to professional wrestling when he appeared after the ROH World Title Unification match as he confronted his protege, Jay Lethal. Joe would make a statement that night by putting Lethal’s new associate Sonjay Dutt to sleep.

Samoa Joe was later revealed to be officially signed to AEW and ROH.

The Samoan Specialist wasn’t long to wait for his in-ring debut, colliding with The Acclaimed’s Max Caster in an Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Qualifying Match. Joe would dispose of Caster quickly, incapacitating Caster with a huge Muscle Buster.

The longest reigning ROH Champion has another chance to capture ROH gold but he has one of the hardest-hitting, violent veterans in front of him in Minoru Suzuki.

Suzuki captured the ROH World Television Title after defeating Rhett Titus at ROH’s return Supercard of Honor event.

This match is a dream match in the wrestling world and will be stiff and hard-hitting, with Suzuki looking to keep hold of his TV Championship whereas Joe was looking to make a statement in his wrestling world.

You can watch AEW internationally on FITE TV.
