AEW: Adam Cole vs Adam Page II given official date.

Last night’s AEW Dynamite seemingly made Adam Cole’s wish come true as the AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page gave Cole another shot to challenge and potentially become the new World Champion.

A post-match segment between Cole and Page led to the AEW World Champion laying down the challenge to Cole, however, Page had a few stipulations for Cole to consider before he accepted.

Page would begin by saying that the match will take place next Friday on AEW Rampage as it is in his home state of Texas. However, he wasn’t finished here as Page would add a stipulation to the match, this being that the two wouldn’t be going one-on-one in a standard wrestling match but would actually be colliding in a Texas Deathmatch.

Cole accepted this challenge looking to avenge his loss to Adam Page which is the only blemish on his once was a perfect record in All Elite Wrestling after falling victim to Hangman’s signature BuckShot Lariat at AEW Revolution.

This title match comes with the highest stakes as it could be the last chance for Cole as losing again to the AEW World Champion could mean that he goes to the back of the line. However, if Hangman was to lose then he would be losing in his hometown and the embarrassment of being the hometown hero and losing could be scarring.

You can watch Adam Page V Cole and AEW internationally on FITE TV.
