AEW ALL OUT: The ELITE face Hangman Adam Page and Dark Order in Trios tournament final

It is official The ELITE will take on old friend Hangman Adam Page and the Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds to determine the inaugural AEW Trios Champions.

Hangman Page, Silver and Reynolds booked their ticket at ALL OUT last night on AEW Rampage after defeating the Best Friends in the second and final match of the semi-finals bracket.

The match-up between these teams is a full circle moment as the original plan was for Page to just be in the corner of Silver and Reynolds rather than aligning with The Young Bucks once again and facing his friends.

However, with Page’s rejection came the long-awaited return of Kenny Omega to reform The ELITE.

Silver and Reynolds originally teamed with Preston “10” Vance, where they pulled off a shock victory over The House Of Black in the first round. 

The ELITE defeated Andrade El Idolo, Rush and Dragon Lee in a hard-hitting contest which ended with Omega hitting the One-Winged Angel.

The semi-finals for The ELITE saw them collide with NJPW’s United Empire members, the IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay, and NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions Aussie Open.

The contest was physical throughout, with the Bucks and Omega trying to match the styles of Ospreay, Fletcher and Davis but would somehow find the victory again.

However, it is unknown the condition of The ELITE going into their bout at ALL OUT with Page, Silver and Reynolds after they were attacked after their semi-finals match by the United Empire.
