AEW ALL OUT: Tag Team splits after Luchasaurus turns heel

AEW ALL OUT was plagued with shocks throughout the night. However, one of the biggest came in the grudge match between Christian Cage and “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry.

Christian Cage and Jungle Boy have been a part of one of the biggest and hottest rivalries in the company right now. 

Cage turned on Jungle Boy after The Jurassic Express lost the AEW World Tag Team Championships to The Young Bucks. Post-match saw Cage help Jungle Boy up, and as they looked to leave the ring, the veteran hit Perry with an Unprettier before cracking his head with a cinchairto, putting him out of action for weeks.

Whilst Jungle Boy was at home, Cage went on to talk about Jungle Boy’s family and disrespecting his dead father on numerous occasions. Perry returned with Luchasaurus by his side after weeks of us seeing a darker version of him alongside Christian Cage.

Jungle Boy was unable to get his hands on his former mentor, and ALL OUT was his perfect opportunity for redemption.

Cage took to the ring taunting Jungle Boy’s family, who sat in the front row. Christian received a slap from Jungle Boy’s mother.

Jungle Boy made his entrance and looked as if he was waiting to be joined by Luchasaurus.

To the shock of everyone in the crowd, he would drop Jungle Boy with a sickening chokeslam on the stage.

He would follow up by chokeslamming Jungle Boy through a table before the referee eventually rang the bell, and Christian hit a spear and followed up with the Unprettier to pick up the win.

Post-match saw Luchasaurus hoist Christian onto his shoulders as he soaked in his victory.
