A massive winter beer festival is taking place in Manchester this weekend

As the cold and dark months trudge along, GRUB have devised a unique way to lift spirits during this challenging period.

GRUB is set to host a Winter Beer Festival, a three-day celebration of all things beer, running from today (18 January) till Saturday (20 January) featuring an array of winter brews, guest bars, and delectable street food.

To ward off the winter chill, GRUB has enlisted the support of esteemed guest bars from Cloudwater Brew Co, Farmyard Brew Co, Northern Monk Brewing, and Sureshot Brewing Co. These guest bars will showcase their signature beers along with specially crafted winter editions.

Brewery bars and over 30 guest taps from breweries across the country will ensure that attendees have a diverse selection of beers to choose from. You can expect hot toddies, a mulling bar, cocktails, guided beer tastings, special events and more.

The festival promises more than just great beer; it's a holistic experience with street food offerings from Feast of the East, Eat Like A Greek, Korean Grub Club, and delightful desserts from Munchie Mummy’s Vegan Bakery.

The event will take place over four sessions:

Tickets for the Thursday session are priced at £4, with a limited number of early bird tickets available at £3. For the Friday and Saturday sessions, tickets are priced at £5, with early bird tickets available at £4. A limited number of £6 tickets may be available on the door, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
