9 Leicester Tigers players who could be out of contract or seeking summer moves

The Leicester Tigers squad is taking shape ahead of next season following the five additional signings that were recently announced.

Anthony Watson, Jimmy Gopperth, Olly Cracknell, James Cronin and Phil Cokanasiga will all be Tigers players next year, adding to Handre Pollard on the incoming list.

The new arrivals followed the revealing of five first-team contract renewals in the form of Sean Jansen, Harry Simmons, Richard Wigglesworth, Kini Murimurivalu and Chris Ashton.

Ellis Genge and George Ford's departures to Bristol Bears and Sale Sharks were announced some time ago, while Dan Lancaster was granted an early release from his contract and has joined Ealing Trailfinders.

But who else could be heading out of the door at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, or at least be looking over their shoulders following the latest glut of contract extensions?

The Argentina international is finishing the season strongly for Tigers, from the offload and jinking run away at the Stoop, to the defensive solidity in chaos at home to Bristol, he has shown what he is made of.
