Despite the fact that Millwall are still very much in contention for a play-off place in the Championship, they have already been linked with a striker ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to a report from Football Insider, the Lions are currently keeping tabs on Shrewsbury Town forward Daniel Udoh.

It is understood that Millwall sent a scout to watch Udoh participate in the Shrews’ recent clash with Ipswich Town in League One.

Considering that the 25-year-old’s current deal at the Montgomery Waters Meadow is set to run until 2023, the Lions may need to submit a sizeable bid for him as Shrewsbury also have the option to extend his stay for a further 12 months.
