3 Rangers curveballs could throw Benfica off as ANOTHER wide injury forces Clement to get creative - Ibrox squad revealed

Philippe Clement might be wishing he was a doctor but a win and progress to the Europa League quarter-finals is all the medicine Rangers need.

The Belgian has been left licking his wounds yet again and once more it's in the wide positions with Dujon Sterling, who has played right-back, centre-mid and most recently on the wing, out of their massive clash with Benfica at Ibrox. He limped off against Hibs on Sunday along with Ross McCausland - though the latter may just be fit to start if needed.

Any win for Rangers will do after last week's 2-2 draw in Lisbon and there is better news where Todd Cantwell is concerned - though caution from Clement over his ability to play 90 minutes hinted Thursday night's clash might just come too early. He said ahead of the Benfica showdown: "Todd is ready to play a number of minutes as discussed with the medical staff, clearly not ready for 90 minutes.
