Storm Noa closes two sections of the M4 and Severn Bridge as Met Office issues new weather warnings - live updates
Storm Noa and a yellow weather warning has caused serious traffic disruption across Wales closing parts of the M4 and the old Severn Bridge. The Met Office is reporting that the storm hitting parts of Wales today has been named Noa by french forecasters. As of 9:45am on Wednesday morning, the M4 Kenfig Bridge Westbound closed due to strong winds from J37 A4229 (Pyle / Porthcawl) to J38 A48 (Margam). Cameras show traffic is been forced off at J37, but show traffic flowing on the Eastbound side.
