Long delays are building on a stretch of the M62 this afternoon after a car overturned in a crash.
There are huge tailbacks on a major route heading towards Newport after a crash on Saturday morning. All traffic was halted on the A449 south of Raglan due to the incident, with police and ambulance crews at the scene.
