Zhou Guanyu hopeful of improved Hungary performance despite lack of upgrades

givemesport.com

Zhou Guanyu is hopeful that the Alfa Romeo car will be more competitive in Hungary than in France despite the lack of upgrades they have right now.

Alfa have rather slipped back in the midfield pack and have gone from being arguably the fourth-quickest car to behind both Alpine and McLaren by the looks of things.

Indeed, whilst those two teams have brought upgrades to recent races, Alfa have not, and it has meant their drivers are trying to fight for places with a slight performance disadvantage.

Of course, the team is working on upgrades themselves and will hope when they introduce them they can kick on back up the running order but, for now, they’re going to have to put up with what they have got.
