WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey has questioned Triple H over his booking of the women’s division. Since Triple H took over as Head of Creative in July, fans have been generally quite happy with how the standard of WWE programming has improved.
Many fans expected the women’s division to be a particular focus under Triple H, but it doesn’t seem like things have worked out that way just yet.
As noted, Ronda Rousey has questioned Triple H over the Chief Content Officer's booking of women within WWE. Speaking on her recent vlog, Rousey questioned why women's titles within WWE have to have labels, unlike the men, via WrestleTalk. Also, I don’t want to say ‘women’ in title anymore.
And I think they are kind of resistant to taking it out. So then I was like, ‘Can I just not have to say it?’ So then that’s kind of where it’s at. Rousey then went on to say that she just doesn't think there are enough women on the roster to make it work. I mean there’s just not enough women at either the rosters but I mean, you could argue that there’s not enough airtime for all you know, the men and women’s rosters combined.
