The world No. 2 faced a delay during his opening-round clash with Pedro Cachin as rain forced play to be suspended and the roof to be closed.
Ad Djokovic eventually returned to the court and started trying to dry the surface with a towel in a bid to get the action underway again, as well as encouraging the crowd to “blow” it dry.
