INEOS founder Sir Jim Ratcliffe looks set to take over 25 per cent of Manchester United in a £1.3billion deal with the Glazer family.
Ratcliffe fought off competition from Saudi Arabia to secure a stake in the football club and the British billionaire wants to create sustainability going forward.
The 71-year-old will lead that INEOS takeover bid and looks like he will he having a hands-on approach when it comes to seeing how the added money will be spent.
