Manchester United are set to confirm Rasmus Hojlund's shirt number before this weekend's game against Arsenal. The Manchester Evening News understands Hojlund's squad number will be confirmed after the transfer window has closed on Friday and that an announcement is expected before Erik ten Hag's side travel to the Emirates to play Arsenal.

The striker wore the number 17 shirt during his time at Atalanta and that number is now free after the departure of Fred.
