After India Women's disappointing 38-run loss against England in the first T20I match at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday, 'Women in Blue' skipper Harmanpreet Kaur said they were not up to the mark in the game.

Speaking at the post-match presentation, Kaur said that these games will help the players learn from their mistakes. She praised the English side and said that they have a good batting lineup.

The skipper added that they will come back stronger in the rest of the two matches of the series. "They will learn quickly and we need these kind (of) games so that we can learn from our mistakes before the T20 World Cup.

We know they have good batters and we had a few changes in our bowling department and we will come back stronger. We were not up to the mark and we need to discuss positives and come up with a positive attitude in the next game.
