Lionel Messi continued his brilliant run of form for Inter Miami as he scored yet another goal to guide his side to the Leagues Cup title on Sunday.
Messi scored an impressive goal in the 24th minute of the match and later, he converted his penalty in the shootout as Inter Miami defeated Nashville on penalties (10-9) after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time.
This was the 10th goal for Messi in 7 matches as he received the ball just outside the penalty box and unleashed a brilliant shot which flew into the top corner.
The Nashville goalkeeper could only watch as the ball sailed into the net. After Leonardo Campana missed a last second chance to win the game in regulation for Miami, the game went to a shoot-out which ended in a duel between the two keepers and Elliot Panicco's shot being saved by Miami's Drake Callender.
