Former UFC fighter Uriah Hall has revealed that he wants his fight against Le’Veon Bell to set up an eventual showdown with Jake Paul. While he may never have become UFC middleweight champion, or even fought for the title, Uriah Hall still enjoyed an admirable run with the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
After making a splash on his season of The Ultimate Fighter, he had a string of mixed results until eventually being released by the company earlier this year – but he did manage to pick up wins over the likes of Anderson Silva, Chris Weidman, Thiago Santos and Gegard Mousasi along the way.
It always felt as if he was destined to reach the top of the mountain at middleweight but for one reason or the other, it never quite came to fruition. The transition is one that many MMA fighters have made in the last couple of years, largely due to the boom of ‘celebrity’ boxing.
