Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski will likely start against Leicester City this weekend, with Antonio Conte realising he has been harsh on the 22-year-old, according to Tom Barclay of The Sun. The Italian is spoilt for choice in the attacking third this season but it is Kulusevski who has been forced out of the starting XI of late.
Heung-Min Son has endured a slow start to the season, despite sharing last season’s Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah, and is yet to find the net in the opening six games of the season.
Yet the South Korea international has retained his spot in Conte’s starting XI so far, despite both Kulusevski and summer signing Richarlison boasting better records than him.
Conte even recently admitted in his pre-match press conference that the £110,000 per-week star, along with left-back Ryan Sessegnon, deserves to be playing more.
