This Morning's Josie Gibson halts show to check on co-star as he fight tears after emotional segment

A concerned Josie Gibson paused This Morning when she noticed a guest getting emotional. The presenter was back fronting the show on Wednesday (August 9) alongside Craig Doyle.

The pair were back on screens following a break on Tuesday (August 8) when all of ITV's usual daytime shows up until Loose Women at 12.30pm were cancelled due to the continued coverage of the Fifa Women's World Cup.

Early into the mid-week episode, Josie and Craig were joined by Matthew Wright and Vanessa Feltz to chat through the latest news headlines and other topics that are getting people talking in the usual 'This Morning's View' segment.
