Manchester United loanee Marcel Sabitzer has admitted his future beyond the summer might be out of his control. After Christian Eriksen sustained an ankle injury against Reading in the FA Cup, Sabitzer was signed from Bayern Munich in the January transfer window on loan for the remainder of the season and he's since become a valued member of the squad.
Sabitzer, 29, has made six starts in the Premier League and he's excelled in a more prominent midfield role in recent games against Brentford and Everton, which has seen Bruno Fernandes play deeper in the midfield three. However, Thomas Tuchel has replaced Julian Nagelsmann at Bayern Munich and that could impact Sabitzer's future plans. The midfielder has enjoyed his time at Old Trafford, but he's admitted he's not the only person who decides what is next for him. "United made it clear that it was a project until the summer," Sabitzer recently told BILD. "Then we'll see.
