Strictly Come Dancing lovebirds Tyler West and Molly Rainford have been hailed the 'best couple' on Instagram as they were seen soaking up the sun on their break.

The 22-year-old actress fell for the 27-year-old Kiss FM radio star after they both featured on series 20 of the popular dance show last year.

And Molly and Tyler could not have looked happier as they shared their latest snaps from their holiday in Jamaica. This week, the loved-up pair jetted off to the idyllic location, with Tyler quick to take to his Instagram to share an array of cute pictures of the two enjoying their break together.

One, of their day at Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios, showed them with their arms around each other as they posed in their swimsuits in front of the waterfall.
