Stoke City fans were delighted with their team's performance against Blackpool on Saturday - and now want to see them play like that more consistently.

The Potters bounced from the disappointment of the opening weekend defeat to Millwall by beating the Tangerines 2-0 at the Bet365 Stadium.

The result lifts them above the visitors into 12th in the Championship table. Harry Clarke gave the Potters the lead in the 25th minute with the team's first goal of the season.

They doubled their lead in the second half through Jacob Brown and Blackpool couldn't find a way back into the game. Here is what some of the Stoke City fans were tweeting after the game: So to everyone who said we were destined for relegation, shut up and support your team!
