The Tartan Army is dishing out the plaudits to Scott McTominay after his historic double saw off Spain - but Steve Clarke had his eyes on another talent during the wild celebrations.
McTominay's two goals against Spains secured a momentous 2-0 victory for Scotland - following up his double against Cyprus to write his name in the history books.
Going into the Euro 2024 qualifiers the Manchester United star had netted just once for Scotland - but is now proving his goalscoring capabilities to Clarke after being unleashed in a more attacking midfield role.
However, it appears that it was Kieran Tierney who grabbed the attention of Clarke after the Arsenal man's vital role in the second of the night at Hampden.
