Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca believes that the club have a ‘special player’ on their hands in Jadon Sancho, but the Manchester United loanee needs to keep working hard to show that.

Sancho left Old Trafford to join Chelsea on a season-long loan at the end of the summer transfer window. The deal includes an obligation for the Blues to sign him next summer for a fee of £20-25 million.

He moved to Chelsea after returning to United from a six-month loan spell at Borussia Dortmund at the end of last season. So far this season, Sancho has played four times, providing three assists.

He has started three of the last four Premier League games for Chelsea.
