Scott McTominay has revealed Erik ten Hag is strict on timekeeping and his players wearing the same tracksuits and suits when they represent Manchester United.
There was a lack of discipline and standards had dropped before Ten Hag was appointed from Ajax, which is something he sought to address during his first few months at the club.
Ten Hag has since been praised by various members of the dressing room for instilling discipline at Carrington again and McTominay is the latest to join those voices. McTominay, speaking to the High Performance Podcast, confirmed Ten Hag likes his players to look the same and he admitted he is also strict on timekeeping. "The manager is so demanding and he's got so many high standards that the whole squad have to comply with, which I think is brilliant," McTominay said when asked about Ten Hag. "I think that's the way it should be, especially when you play for a club like Man United.
