Saudi Pro League, Turkey and Donny van de Beek transfer options after Manchester United snub

Donny van de Beek is running out of time to secure regular football this season after Manchester United omitted him from their 25-man squad for the Champions League group-stage.

United have been pitted against Bayern Munich, FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray in Group A upon their return to the marquee European competition this campaign.

However, after former mentor Erik ten Hag brutally cut Van de Beek from his initial list, the ousted Dutchman will play no part.

Despite being available for transfer this summer, Van de Beek was unable to secure a switch before deadline day. However, there are one or two potential escape routes still on offer for the 26-year-old.
