San Marino defender Roberto Di Maio has hit back at Rasmus Hojlund and labelled him a 'disappointment' for comments he made after Denmark's win last night.
Manchester United striker Hojlund opened the scoring for his nation in the European Championship qualifier, but it looked like there could be a shock on the cards when Alessandro Golinucci levelled for the hosts on the hour mark.
That was until Yussuf Poulsen scored ten minutes later to spare any blushes, as Denmark held on for three points against their well-drilled opponents.
After the match, Danish players hit out at San Marino and the officials for not punishing the hosts' physical style of play, with Hojlund even claiming his opponents attempted to injure him during the contest.
