Defiant Sam Lammers insists he has "developed well" during his time at Rangers - despite being shipped out on loan after just six months.
The Dutch striker moved to Ibrox in the summer for around £3.5million from Atalanta after catching Michael Beale's eye while on loan at Sampdoria in Serie A last term.
However, new boss Philippe Clement has now sanctioned a loan for the rest of the campaign to free up wages which could allow him to add to his own Ibrox squad this month - with Lammers netting just two goals so far this term.
There is no clause for Utrecht to sign Lammers permanently and he also still has another two years left on his Rangers contract - and despite being considered a flop by many of the punters the forward has flipped the script on that narrative.
