Ryan Fraser exiled to Newcastle U21s as Eddie Howe calls 'commitment' into question

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has bombed Ryan Fraser into the Under-21 squad, telling the winger he "doesn't have a future" at St James' Park.

The Scotland star was initially one of the main beneficiaries of Howe's arrival at St James' Park but things quickly turned sour in his second spell under the former Bournemouth boss.

He hasn't played since November and ahead of Scotland's clashes with Spain and Cyprus later this month, it looks like that won't be changing any time soon.

Steve Clarke was left furious after the 28-year-old was pictured training with Newcastle after pulling out of last November’s World Cup qualifying double header against Moldova and Denmark although that feud was put to bed with Fraser featuring in Scotland's last four games after apologising to his manager.

Police started an investigation after Toney shared a picture of the abuse and the message was traced to the 24-year-old Neill, who lives in Blyth, a town in northern England.
