RTÉ to broadcast Shamrock Rovers in Champions League

RTÉ Sport will broadcast the first leg of Shamrock Rovers' Champions League first-round match with Breidablik next Tuesday in Tallaght Stadium.The Hoops will begin their European campaign against the Icelandic champions on 11 July with kick-off at 7.45pm.Peter Collins and guests will present coverage from 7.30pm on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.Victory in the first round would secure Stephen Bradley's side a Europa Conference League play-off at worst.The winner of tie will play FC Copenhagen in the next round.Shamrock Rovers qualified for the group stage of the Conference League last season.
