In Sunday's match against Fulham, Fred perfectly encapsulated his Manchester United career. At times the Brazilian looked to be a step behind the game causing the Reds to look weak in the centre of the pitch.
But, ten minutes after the interval, he rewarded Erik ten Hag's faith. His inch-perfect pass parted the visitors' defence with ease allowing Bruno Fernandes to chip home the winner.
