Fulham have held signing talks with Dundee United starlet Rory MacLeod. Record Sport revealed on Monday that the Cottagers were close to sealing a deal for the Scotland youth international.
MacLeod was given permission to travel to London on Monday in order to thrash out terms with the Craven Cottage outfit after United chiefs gave the green light for things to move forward.
Initial discussions with a player, his family and agent were positive but the teenager is yet to sign on the dotted line with the English Premier League club.
However, no issues are expected and the transfer should go through in the coming days. Fulham are keen to land MacLeod now, but won;t be able to register him until the end of the season.
