Jude Bellingham would be able to "carry the burden" of getting Manchester United back to the top of English football. That's the verdict of former United midfielder Owen Hargreaves, who was gushing in his praise of the teenage sensation after his latest outing.

Bellingham, 19, has long been linked with a move back to England after swapping Birmingham for Borussia Dortmund in 2020. On Tuesday he netted in Dortmund's 3-0 Champions League win over Copenhagen.

In doing so he joined the likes of Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe in scoring in three separate Champions League campaigns as a teenager.

Hargreaves, speaking on BT Sport, says Bellingham would immediately improve any team he moves to and suggested he would slot in nicely at Old Trafford. Read more: Three United players can force Ten Hag into selection change He said: "He can go wherever he wants.
