It's been a chilly few days in Glasgow but the Rangers board could be feeling the heat inside New Edmiston House as they face the club's shareholders.
The Ibrox chiefs will answer questions on the performance in the last 12 months both on and off the park and neither have been particularly great.
At the last AGM Michael Beale took to the stage at the SEC Armadillo shortly after replacing Giovanni van Bronckhorst in the Ibrox hot-seat.
But the Englishman didn't even last long enough in the job to return for this year's event. That in itself is a sign of how things have gone on the park.
