Rangers are sweating on the fitness of Connor Goldson for the clash with Ross County - and the Old Firm showdown on Saturday - as Philippe Clement’s injury list hit double figures on Christmas Eve.

The victory over Motherwell at Fir Park was blighted by Goldson limping off near the end with what appeared to be a groin problem.

And with Nicolas Raskin, John Lundstram, Jose Cifuentes, Ben Davies, Borna Barisic, Danilo, Kemar Roofe, Tom Lawrence and Ryan Jack all queuing up for their turn on the treatment table, the last thing Clement needs is Goldson being unavailable.

The Belgian said: “Connor felt something at the end of the game but we will see. “Everyone is asking these questions. I’m a little bit fed up but I need to speak about it.
