Odsonne Edouard issued post Celtic blast by Ian Wright as he fails to clear 'significant' Crystal Palace threshold

dailyrecord.co.uk

Ian Wright reckons Crystal Palace boss Patrick Viera may be looking for a new striker this summer - as Odsonne Edouard's move from Celtic hasn't worked out.

The French forward has featured regularly for the Eagles since moving to London in summer 2021 but has not found the net with such consistency that made him a household favourite in Glasgow, following a move from PSG.

So far this term Edouard has netted just five times, with three goals in 23 Premier League matches, having not scored a league goal since October.

Palace are being dragged closer towards the foot of the top flight table as their winless streak in 2023 goes on and Arsenal striking great Wright has identified the forward line as a problem area.
