'Not hit top gear yet' - Bolton boss on League One expectancy ahead of Sheffield Wednesday

Ian Evatt wants his Bolton Wanderers side to embrace the expectancy upon his side this season ahead of his team's clash against Sheffield Wednesday and believes how the Whites respond to moments of adversity will define their campaign.

Wanderers have made an unbeaten start to the new campaign in all competitions so far. The Whites are into the second round of the Carabao Cup against Aston Villa next Tuesday evening.

And they are currently sitting fourth in League One following two wins and a pair of draws so far. Bolton will be aiming to extend that unbeaten start to the campaign when they take on the Owls at home this afternoon. Evatt wants his side to embrace that challenge and believes his side are learning how to tailor their game when, at times, his team have to scrap for a result and dig in, which he feels has already been shown this campaign.
