Jannette Manrara has shared how she's having to take medication after encountering a problem following the birth of her first child.

The new mum has been sharing little updates on social media days after welcoming her daughter into the world with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec.

Janette and Aljaz's fans and celebrity pals rushed to share their congratulations over the weekend after the couple announced the arrival of their baby girl after keeping their first child's gender a secret to surprise their family and friends.

The former Strictly Come Dancing stars announced their daughter's arrival on Saturday (July 29). In a post to both of their social media pages, they revealed that they'd named their daughter Lyra Rose Skorjanec and that she was born on Friday (July 28).
