Manchester United prospect in talks to return to former club this summer

Tahith Chong could leave Manchester United this summer as he is reportedly in talks with former side Feyenoord over a possible move.

The 22-year-old moved from the Dutch side to Old Trafford in 2016 and has been spoken of as a future star since, but has failed to make the breakthrough into the United first team.

The winger has made 16 first team appearances for the Red Devils in total, but none in either of the last two seasons, instead spending time on loan at Werder Bremen, Club Brugge and Birmingham City.

Turning 23 before the end of the year and into the final 12 months of his contract at Manchester United, it looks like the Red Devils are open to letting Chong go and accepting that he will not make the grade at Old Trafford.
