Manchester United have added teenage goalkeeper Dermot Mee to their Europa League squad to offset Tom Heaton's absence. Heaton has been sidelined for four weeks with a foot injury that required a protective boot but is hopeful of returning later this month.
Mee, 20, played four times on loan at National League side Altrincham earlier this season before he was added to United's Europa League squad earlier this week. Jack Butland and academy goalie Radek Vitek were named on the bench for the 2-2 quarter-final first leg draw with Sevilla. United could be without Heaton, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Scott McTominay, Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford away to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday.
