Romeo Beckham, the son of Manchester United icon David, has penned a one-year deal with Brentford’s B team following a successful loan spell.
The 20-year-old moves from Inter Miami, the franchise co-owned by his father. Romeo joined the Bees on loan in January and made 15 appearances for the club’s second side.
The B team is a mix of 17 to 21-year-olds who play friendlies against the academies of other professional outfits. Romeo, formerly of Arsenal’s academy, unpacked his thoughts about moving back to England full-time to pursue a football career. “It’s the best feeling, honestly.
