Manchester United are dealing with a number of injuries ahead of this Sunday's Premier League clash against Manchester City.

Erik ten Hag has been forced to deal with numerous issues in the 2023/24 season with a number of crucial players suffering multiple blows. Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Lisandro Martinez top that list and the trio are all currently absent with muscular problems.

Ahead of the 1-0 FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest, Ten Hag admitted there were doubts surrounding Bruno Fernandes and Raphael Varane, however both got through the game. "They fought to be part [of it] and they came well out of the game," Ten Hag admitted in his press conference. Rasmus Hojlund also recently picked up a problem, with that blow seeing him miss the defeat to Fulham, and he is expected to remain out for another few weeks.
