Manchester United have officially entered the transfer window, with Tyrell Malacia and Frenkie de Jong expected to join the club subject to medicals.

Then attentions will turn to other targets, with the Manchester Evening News understanding that Erik ten Hag wants to bring in at least three more signings, ideally before the team jets off on pre-season tour on July 8th.

Lisandro Martinez and Antony are reportedly on United's shopping list as Ten Hag looks to be reunited with at least one player from Ajax, but another player that is of interest is Christian Eriksen.

The Danish midfielder is available on a free transfer this summer after his contract at Brentford expired. Ten Hag rates Eriksen highly and thinks he would complement United's current and future midfield options well, so the club have made an offer to bring him to Old Trafford.
