Manchester United retain an interest in Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic as they look to strengthen their forward line. The club have also spoken to Red Bull Salzburg regarding Slovenian wonderkid Benjamin Sesko.

However, the Premier League side remain reluctant to hit the Austrian club's £55million asking price for the 19-year-old. Chelsea and RB Leipzig are among the other clubs interested in the teenager, who scored 21 goals in 29 games on loan at second-tier side FC Liefering the season before last.

Sesko, widely considered one of the most promising players in Europe, scored 11 times in 37 appearances for Salzburg last campaign and has two in three this season.
