Manchester United were brilliant in their Premier League clash against fierce rivals Liverpool on Monday evening.

The Red Devils went into the game bottom of the table and extremely low on confidence. But they ripped up the form-book with a superb display at Old Trafford.

United took the lead in the 16th minute after a moment of magic from Jadon Sancho. Sancho sat James Milner and Alisson Becker down inside the box before curling the ball into the corner.

They made it 2-0 seven minutes after the break when Marcus Rashford raced clear and found the net. Mohamed Salah scored late on to set up a grandstand finish but United held on to record a brilliant victory.
