Man City 'turn full attention' to Mateo Kovacic after Jude Bellingham blow and more transfer rumours
Manchester City have set their sights on Mateo Kovacic amid reports that Jude Bellingham is closing in on a move to Real Madrid, according to reports.
City could be in the market for at least one midfielder this summer, with the future of Ilkay Gundogan uncertain. The 32-year-old's contract is set to expire this summer, with Barcelona said to be eyeing a free transfer.
Bernardo Silva is also open to leaving City. Pep Guardiola's side are one of several top European clubs eyeing Bellingham, with the 19-year-old set to be the most in-demand player of the summer.
However, recent reports have suggested the midfielder would prefer a move to Real Madrid, with Football Insider reporting that all eyes are now on Chelsea's Kovacic.
