Man City 'hold talks with super agent' over £34m star and other transfer rumours

Manchester City have held talks with the agent of Celta Vigo star Gabri Veiga, according to reports. The 21-year-old is reportedly also of interest to Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle United, with all four clubs 'willing' to fork out the €40m release clause for Veiga, according to 90min.

The Spain U21 international is currently away at the European Championships, after impressing in La Liga for Celta. Veiga scored 11 goals and assisted a further four in the league last season.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Marseille and Napoli are all mentioned in the report too, as potential next destinations for the player.

It is suggested that City have discussed Veiga's future with his representative - Israeli football agent Pini Zahavi.
