Man City fan group 'disappointed' with club and UEFA over Istanbul report

A prominent Manchester City fan group have expressed their disappointment at the lack of public recognition from the club and UEFA after talks over the treatment of supporters at the Champions League final.

The greatest night in the club's history was also unnecessarily chaotic for many Blues in Istanbul and even distressing for some owing to the many issues encountered with getting to and from the stadium.

City Matters, a group of representatives elected by the fans who meet with the club through the year, compiled a report of their findings to illustrate the problems and suggest improvements for future events.

That report was handed to the club, who passed it onto UEFA and set up a meeting with the fan group to discuss it with the two parties.
