Part of the M6 has been closed following a crash which saw the air ambulance land at the scene. Other emergency service were also called to the smash in Cheshire after reports a car fell from a bridge.
And at one stage traffic on both the northbound and southbound carriageways near junction 17 for Sandbach was held. The southbound motorway was later released while traffic remains held on the northbound.
